APPLICATION NORMS
5.4.0

The fee value for item 5.2.0 will be readjusted on the same date and by the same electricity readjustment index used by the concessionary (CELPE).

 

5.5.0

The values of the Conventional Fees of this table will be set by the Norms established by the President Director of Suape and approved by the Suape Port Authority Council.

 

5.6.0

The fee for item 5.3.5 will be doubled if there occurs non-authorized overnight parking, and the vehicle will be towed.

 

5.7.0

The fees from Table 1 of the Port Tariffs are not applicable to platforms and equipment mentioned in fee item 5.3.7.

 

5.8.0

The minimum value charged in this table will be:
