fees of this table. |

The following are exempt from the fees
of this table: |

| 4.5.1 |
Empty containers, cabotage and export
merchandise in the first 10 days counting
from the receiving date in the public storage
facilities at the Saupe Port. |

| 4.5.2 |
Ship-to-ship transfer containers in
the first 30 days from the receiving date
in the public storage facilities of Suape
Port. |

| 4.5.3 |
Long-course importation containers
in the first 2 days from the receiving
date in the public storage facilities of
Suape Port. |

| 4.5.4 |
Baggage and other merchandise described
in legislation, as long as they are removed
within 30 days from the receiving date
in the public storage facilities of Suape
Port. |

| 4.6.0 |
With the issuing of the invoice, in
cases of modality of previously contracted
port service payments or cash payments
of the fees of this table, a subsequent
period of 5 days exempt from storage fees
is assured for removal of merchandise. |

| 4.7.0 |
All time allowances on this table begin
upon receiving the merchandise in the Port
Administration facilities. Whenever the
final date of the storage period falls
on a Sunday or holiday, it will be moved
to the following business day. |

| 4.8.0. |
The percentages of this table will
be applied on the CIF value of long-course
imported merchandise, as well as on the
commercial value of cabotage and exportation
merchandise. |

| 4.9.0. |
Storage periods can be extended at
the criteria of Port Administration. |
|
| 4.10.0. |
In this table, the minimum value charged
will be: |
