3.3.0

The fees of this table do not apply to baggage of crew and passengers, and small value article exempt from import taxes, the entrance or departure of which do not depend on customs dispatching.

 

 

3.4.0

In cases of unloading onto wharf or patio with reloading onto the same ship during the same operation of containers and general cargo, the fees of items 3.1.0 and 3.2.0 of this table will be applied just once.

 

 

3.5.0

The fees of item 3.1.0 of this table will always be paid by the owner or operator of the storage facilities upon the transfer of merchandise from ship to storage in the port area, or from storage to ship. Charging will be per ship, importation or exportation.

 

 

3.6.0

The fees for item 3.2.0 will always be paid by a Port Operator qualified for operations on the public use patio. Charging will be per ship, importation or exportation.

 

 

3.7.0
